When will my flowers arrive?
Bouquets are tied to order and go out fresh. Order in good time for the day that matters and we will confirm everything by email.
What exactly is in each bouquet?
Every bouquet's page lists its stems by name, and each size says how many of each it takes. If a stem is unavailable on the day we substitute the nearest match in the same colours and value.
Can I add a card message?
Yes. Your message travels with the flowers, handwritten where we can, and no price appears anywhere the recipient sees.
What if the flowers arrive damaged?
Tell us within 24 hours with a photograph and we will remake or refund. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
