Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of demo.bouquetworks.com and any order you place with BouquetWorks Demo. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
Every arrangement is made fresh to order. Please check the delivery details you supply carefully; a contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout before your order is made up.
Returns
Flowers are perishable and made to order, so an order cannot be cancelled once it has been made up, and returns are not possible. If your flowers arrive damaged or below the standard we promise, tell us within 24 hours and we will remake or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
